After Downloading...

Run The Downloaded File In Your Computer...

Tweaks Logon Default Screen

You Will get a Window opened like The Above Image...

That Window... Showing an Option (button) "Change Logon Screen"
in The Bottom Left Hand, Click on That Button and Simply Select The
Image as The Background of Your Windows Logon Screen. That's It... You Are Done With The All Steps...
